Unless the law provides otherwise, if the unilateral act is: 1. A transfer of ownership, its effect shall not be established for the person to whom the disposition is made except by their acceptance. 2. A waiver that has the meaning of a transfer of ownership or a release from a debt; its effect shall be established for the person to whom the disposition is made unless they reject it in the session (majlis). 3. A pure waiver, its effect shall be established for the person to whom the disposition is made and shall not be reversed by their rejection.
