1. A contract may include any condition agreed upon by the contracting parties, provided that such condition is not contrary to the law, public order, or public morals. 2. If a contract includes a condition that is contrary to the law, public order, or public morals, the condition alone shall be void, and either contracting party may request annulment of the contract if it is established that they would not have consented to the contract without that condition.
