1. If a person is deaf and mute, blind and deaf, or blind and mute, or suffers from illness requiring assistance, and is unable, as a result thereof, to express their will as a result thereof, the court may appoint a judicial assistant to assist them in the acts as their interest requires. 2. Any act for which judicial assistance has been ordered shall be voidable if it is carried out by the person for whom assistance has been ordered without the assistance of their judicial assistant after the issuance of the order for assistance.
