1. Financial acts made by a discerning minor shall be valid if they are exclusively beneficial, and void if they are exclusively detrimental. 2. Financial dispositions made by a discerning minor that fall between benefit and detriment shall be voidable to their benefit. Their guardian has the right to seek annulment of the disposition within one year from the date of knowledge thereof, and the discerning minor has the right to seek annulment of the disposition within one year after attaining the age of majority.
