Article 132

1. If the contracting parties were present in one place or in two different places but are connected via direct means of communication, the contract shall be considered to have been concluded at the time and place where the acceptance was issued, unless the law or the agreement stipulates otherwise. 2. If the contracting parties are absent, the contract shall be considered to have been concluded at the time and place where the offeror learned of the acceptance, unless the law or the agreement stipulates otherwise.
