1. The restrictions imposed on the right of a property owner to build are considered easement rights over this property for the benefit of the properties for which these restrictions were imposed, unless the law or the agreement provides otherwise. 2. Any violation of the restrictions imposed on the right of the owner of the immovable entitles the concerned person to claim specific performance by way of rectification. However, the court may, if it deems it justified, limit the judgment to compensation.
