1. Good faith shall cease for the possessor only from the time they become aware that their possession constitutes an infringement of the right of another. 2. Good faith shall cease from the date on which the possessor is notified of the defects of their possession in the statement of claim. A person who usurps possession from another by force shall be deemed to be in bad faith.
