1. The delivery of documents issued in respect of goods entrusted to a carrier or deposited in warehouses shall be deemed equivalent to the delivery of the goods themselves. 2. If one person receives the documents referred to in Paragraph (1) of this Article and another person receives the goods themselves, and both act in good faith, priority shall be accorded to the one who received the goods.
