If some pre-emptors waive their right of pre-emption or are absent before exercising it, the remaining or present pre-emptors may take the entire pre-empted property or leave it all. They may not take part thereof without taking the whole, except with the purchaser's consent. In the event that the present pre-emptor chooses to take the entire pre-empted property, the provisions of Article (1188) of this Law shall be observed.
