1. If a person erects structures on another's land with materials belonging to a third party, the owner of the materials may not claim their recovery but may claim compensation from the person who used them, and may also claim from the landowner up to an amount not exceeding what remains dur in their liability in respect of the value of what was created on their land. 2. If the person who erected the structures was in good faith, the owner of the materials may request their removal if this does not cause harm to the land.
