1. If the partition request is required to be accepted, the executor of the estate shall conduct the partition amicably, provided that this partition does not become final unless approved unanimously by all heirs. 2. If the heirs do not unanimously agree on the partition, any of them or the executor of the estate may file a partition lawsuit at the expense of the estate in accordance with the provisions of the law, and the lawsuit expenses shall be deducted from the shares of the co-partitioners.
