1. If the deceased has not appointed an executor of their estate, any of the interested parties may request the court to appoint an executor. 2. The Court shall appoint the person agreed upon by the heirs. If the heirs do not agree on one person, the court shall appoint an executor of the estate, provided that they are, as far as possible, from among the heirs, after hearing their statements.
