1. A buried or hidden treasure, for which no one can prove ownership shall belong to the owner of the immovable where the treasure was found, unless the applicable legislation provides otherwise. 2. Treasure found in an endowed property shall belong to the endowment authority. 3. Treasure found on land owned by the State shall be the property of the State.
