1. Each owner shall contribute to the costs of preservation, maintenance, and management of the common parts. Their share in the costs shall be in proportion to the value of their property in the real estate, unless otherwise provided in the building's management system. Any owner who causes an increase in the building's expenses shall be responsible for it. 2. An owner is not entitled to waive their share in the common parts in order to avoid contributing to the expenses.
