1. The co-owners may all agree on the partition of the undivided property in any manner they deem appropriate, unless the law provides otherwise. 2. Partition by agreement shall not be carried out if one of the co-owners lacks full legal capacity, unless they have a guardian, nor if one of the co-owners is absent or missing, and their absence or disappearance is established.
