Remote proceedings may be taken outside the jurisdiction of the Courts of any Emirate hearing remote civil proceedings. When necessary, coordination shall be with the competent authority in the Emirate in which the person for whom the procedure is to be taken is located, or where there are any documents to be submitted in the case.
