1. If the Court orders the sale of real property held in joint ownership on the grounds that it is impossible to divide it up without causing harm, the Execution Judge shall sell it by auction upon the request of one of the co-owners and without prejudice to the provisions of Article [291] of this Code. 2. The conditions of sale shall include particulars of all the co-owners and the domicile of each of them, and a copy of the judgment passed for the effecting of the sale.
