Neither the Debtor, nor Judges, nor Members of the Public Prosecution or Execution Bailiffs or Court clerks or attorneys acting on behalf of the persons conducting the procedures on behalf of the Debtor, or their relatives up to the second degree, may make any bid in the auction through themselves or through the medium of others, otherwise which the sale shall be void.
