If the right of the Garnishor is established by an Execution Writ, soon after the report on assets held is made, the Garnishor may apply to the Execution Judge to make an order against the Garnishee to pay to the Garnishor the amount which they have admitted or such part thereof as shall satisfy the right of the Garnishor, provided that the procedures provided for in Article [238] of this Code are followed.
