1. Expedited enforcement by operation of law or by judgment of the Court shall extend also to matters ancillary to the original application and to the costs of the action. 2. It shall not be permissible to agree, prior to the passing of a judgment, that it be endorsed for expedited enforcement save in the circumstances specified for that purpose.
