1. If the case is admitted, the ruling shall schedule a session to consider the subject of the case in a public session, and it shall pass a judgment thereon after hearing the claimant, the defendant, and the statements of the Public Prosecution if it has intervened in the case. 2. The defendant Judge is deemed incompetent to hear the case from the date on which of the ruling admitting the case is handed down.
