To be deemed valid, the offer shall meet the following requirements: 1. It shall be addressed to a person who is qualified to receive it, or to their representative. 2. It shall be made by a person who is eligible to perform the fulfillment. 3. It shall include the amounts and assets due, relevant expenses and expenses. 4. The condition related to the commitment is satisfied. 5. The Debtor submits their offer to the Creditor themselves or at the Creditor's residence.
