1. The Respondent may implead into the challenge any party involved in the legal proceeding in respect of which the contested judgment is rendered and against whom the challenge is not filed. Such impleader shall take effect by serving the challenge upon such a party within the time limit set forth in Article [182.3] of this Code. 2. Any party impleaded into the challenge may file with the Case Management Office of the Court a statement of defense within fifteen [15] days of the date of service, and the petitioner may respond to such a statement within the time limits defined in Article [182] of this Code.
