1. The documents may only be returned back to the parties who have submitted the same either after the time limits prescribed for challenging the judgments have expired or after the challenge filed is decided on. 2. Photocopies of the documents referred to in Clause [1] of this Article may be delivered to the parties concerned so requesting. 3. If necessity requires that the original document be delivered, such delivery shall take place based on an order of the judge or the presiding judge of the Tribunal, as the case may be, and a photocopy thereof shall be kept and signed by either of them and stamped with the seal of the Court.
