Part Twelve: Methods of Challenging Judgments · Chapter One: General Provisions

1. The challenge shall be served as per the situations described in Articles [9] and [10] of this Code. 2. If the party against whom the challenge is filed happens to be the Plaintiff or Appellant, and has not indicated in the Statement of Claim or in the Notice of Appeal the address for service, and such an address cannot be identified in light of the other documents of the case, such a party shall be served as per the situations described in Articles [9] and [10] of this Code.
