1. In case of multiple Wills, the Will which is registered on the Register shall prevail. Where all Wills are registered, the Will registered first will prevail. 2. Where none of the multiple Wills is registered on the Register, they shall be deemed a single Will. In the event of conflict, the Will determined pursuant to a judgment of the competent court shall be implemented.
