1. Advise the Government on matters falling within its jurisdiction, and shall provide its opinion on monetary, banking, and financial affairs as requested by the Government. 2. Participate in negotiations relating to the Government’s international monetary and financial agreements, and may be assigned with implementation of provisions of such agreements.
