1. Whoever contravenes the provisions of item (6) of Article (60) of this decree-law shall be punished by imprisonment and a fine not less than two hundred thousand (200,000) Dirhams and not exceeding ten million (10,000,000) Dirhams, or by either of these two punishments. 2. Whoever contravenes the provisions of item (7) of Article (60) of this decree-law shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding six (6) months and a fine not less than one hundred thousand (100,000) Dirhams, or by either of these two punishments.
