1. The Authority shall publish the regulations, rules, guidelines, circulars, and decisions issued thereby pursuant to the provisions of this Decree by Law and the Relevant Legislation, by such means as it deems appropriate. 2. The Authority shall have the authority to define and interpret all technical terms appearing in this Decree by Law and the Authority Law.
