1. The Board shall hold at least six (6) meetings per year, upon an invitation of the Chairman of the Board. 2. The Chairman of the Board may convene the Board whenever deemed necessary. 3. The Chairman of the Board shall convene the Board upon a request by at least one-third of its Members.
