The following persons may not be appointed as Trustees: 1. Any of the creditors. 2. Debtor-related party. 3. Any person against whom a final judgment has been issued in a felony or misdemeanor of theft, embezzlement, fraud in commercial transactions, breach of trust, fraud, forgery, perjury, bribery or any of the crimes stipulated in this Law or any misdemeanor affecting the national economy, even if he has been acquitted. 4. Any person who, during the last two years preceding the submission of the application to initiate the proceedings, was a partner of the debtor, an employee thereof, an auditor of its accounts or its attorney.
