1. The Bankruptcy Department shall, within ten (10) days of receiving the Public Prosecution's response, transfer the file of the rehabilitation application and the objections to the Bankruptcy Court, accompanied by a report of its opinion on the application. 2. The Bankruptcy Court shall schedule an urgent hearing to hear the rehabilitation application, and shall notify the creditors who have submitted objections.
