Whoever abstains from executing a decision issued by the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with this Law in respect of submitting data, information or documents or giving testimony, shall be punished with imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year and / or a fine of not more than (AED 200,000) two hundred thousand UAE dirhams.
