1. The Bankruptcy Department shall notify the debtor of the application, not later than (10) ten days from the date of its submission if the application was not submitted by it, and the debtor shall provide its response to the application not later than (10) ten days from the date of its notification. In addition, it shall submit all the information, data and documents stipulated in Article (22) of this Law, unless the debtor requests from the Bankruptcy Court to exempt it from submitting the data, documents and information due to the lack of conditions for admitting the application and the court approves its request. If the Bankruptcy Court obligates the debtor to submit the required data, information and documents, the latter shall submit the same not later than the date specified by the court. 2. During the period referred to in Clause (1) of this Article, the Bankruptcy Department shall notify the creditors whose details are included in the application, who may provide their response to the application, not later than (10) ten days of the day of their notification. 3. During the period referred to in Clause (1) of this Article, the Bankruptcy Department shall notify the Unit and the regulatory authority if the debtor is supervised by the regulatory authority. The Unit and the regulatory authority may submit what they deem appropriate, not later than (10) ten days from the date of their notification.
