Any interested party may file a grievance before the Bankruptcy Court when the debtor or trustee commits any of the following acts: 1. If it failed to such party of attending any of the creditors' meetings or to inform it of the meeting in accordance with the provisions of this Law. 2. If he proposes to act or acts in an unfair manner to cause damage to the said party's interests 3. If it neglects or fails to perform its duties or does not exercise due diligence in accordance with established principles. 4. If it misuses or withholds any assets or property belonging to the debtor or breaches any liability owed thereby to the debtor.
