1. The Bankruptcy Court shall adjudicate the application submitted regarding the invalidity or rescission of the composition within (10) ten days from the date of the first hearing thereof. 2. If the court orders that the composition be deemed invalid or rescinded, the Bankruptcy Department shall, within ten (10) days from the date of issuance of the judgment, serve and record a summary of such judgment.
