Article 187 — Article (187) Motion to Revoke Bankruptcy Proceeding Closure Decision

Part Three: Declaration of Bankruptcy · Chapter Ten: Closure and Termination of Bankruptcy Proceeding

The insolvent debtor and every stakeholder may file a motion with the Bankruptcy Court to revoke the decision to close the bankruptcy proceeding, if it is proven that there are sufficient assets to cover the bankruptcy proceeding's costs, or where the trustee receives a sufficient amount for that purpose.
