1. The Arbitral Tribunal shall apply the terms and conditions agreed upon between the parties to the subject matter of the dispute. In case the parties have agreed upon applying a law applicable in a particular country, the substantive rules of such law shall be adopted without applying the rules relating to the conflict of laws, unless it is otherwise agreed, provided that the same shall not contradict the public order and morality in the State. 2. Whenever the parties agree that the legal relationship between them shall be subject to the provisions of a model agreement, an international convention, or any other document, such provisions shall apply, including the provisions related to Arbitration provided for therein, provided that the same shall not contradict the public order and morality in the State.
