1. Federal Decree by Law No. (20) of 2018, referred to herein above, shall hereby be repealed. 2. Any provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Decree by Law shall hereby be repealed. 3. The Executive Regulations, resolutions, and circulars issued pursuant to Federal Decree by Law No. (20) of 2018 and are in force as of the date of issuance of this Decree by Law shall remain effective insofar as they do not conflict with the provisions hereof, until the regulations, resolutions, and circulars that supersede the same are issued.
