After 12 months' continuous employment and required pregnancy and leave notices, Maternity Pay is 100% of Daily Wage for the first 33 Working Days and 50% for the next 32. National Holidays extend leave, no cash substitute is due, and certain Employer terminations during leave require payment of the remaining entitlement.
