Scope and exclusions
Applies to
Applies to trade unions, sectoral general unions and the General Federation as defined by the System. A trade union may be formed in an establishment with more than 50 workers; existing organisations and their bodies continue under the transitional terms stated in the Decision.
Limitations and exclusions
Does not replace Labour Law 53/2023 or its substantive rules on individual contracts, collective disputes, strikes and closure; it operates with the Law and other current decisions.
