Authority attaches to the post of control inspector in the named Inspection Unit and is limited to the listed environmental instruments: regime 46/1995 and Laws 114/2001, 115/2001, 6/2003 and 45/2024.
Limitations and exclusions
Does not amend environmental permits, offences or sanctions, extend automatically to all Establishment staff, or confer general police powers beyond the listed laws and the office's functional competence.
