Without prejudice to the criminal liability of natural persons, a legal person is punishable by a fine of not less than OMR 5,000 and not more than OMR 100,000 where an offence is committed in its name or for its account by its chair, a board member, manager or another officer, with that person's approval, concealment or gross negligence.
