Executive Regulation of the Personal Data Protection Law — Article 45
Chapter Nine · Complaints and Sanctions
A person subject to an administrative sanction may appeal to the Minister within 60 days of notification or certain knowledge of the violation decision. The Minister must decide within 30 days of filing; silence is deemed rejection.
