Executive Regulation of the Personal Data Protection Law — Article 41

A Data Subject or other interested person may file the prescribed complaint or report with the Competent Department within 30 days of certain knowledge of a violation of the Law, Regulation or implementing decisions. The Department must give the Controller a copy within seven days of filing.
