Executive Regulation of the Personal Data Protection Law — Article 34

The Controller must designate a Data Protection Officer qualified for article 35 duties, knowledgeable about the Law, Regulation and the Controller's or Processor's practices, and professionally competent to handle all personal data protection matters regularly and correctly.
