This is an individual administrative measure addressed exclusively to Muscat Clearing and Depository SAOC and the activities listed in the Decision. It takes effect on the day after official publication.
Limitations and exclusions
The Decision is not a generally applicable market-infrastructure licensing regulation, grants no authority to any other person and does not state the complete operational, prudential or contractual framework for clearing, settlement and depository services. Those requirements must be checked under the Securities Law, its Executive Regulation and other FSA instruments.
