Applies to an Omani legal entity proposing to conduct currency exchange, remittance or a combination of relevant money-service functions under a CBO licence.
Limitations and exclusions
The licence category, permitted functions, current capital requirements and CBO-specific conditions must be confirmed before filing. Banking, PSP, payment and technology activities may require a separate licence.
