Scope and exclusions
Applies to
Applies to buildings and real-estate complexes falling within the attached Regulation and to their owners and operators licensed under the Telecommunications Regulatory Law. The Decision generally commences six months after publication; Article 2(2) of the Regulation commences three years after publication.
Limitations and exclusions
The Regulation does not replace a building permit, fire, electrical or other construction-safety requirements, radio-spectrum authorisation or a telecommunications service licence. It regulates passive infrastructure and in-building coverage, not the complete regime for active networks and telecommunications services.
