Scope and exclusions
Applies to
Applies to applicants and licensed health-insurance claims administrators. An administrator may contract with more than one insurer; contractual structure and operating limits must be checked against the instrument.
Limitations and exclusions
A claims-administrator licence is not an insurer or healthcare-provider licence. This regime is distinct from revenue-cycle management under Decision E/107/2022, which is covered in a separate record, and the two must not be conflated.
